Meet the Genesis Preschool Staff

I like to work with children because I can be a part of their developmental growth as well as encourage them to learn, have love for school, teach them to love others, and to love themselves.

I have a Teachers permit given to me by the State of California. I Speak fluent Spanish, and I've worked as a teacher in Nicaragua for 10 years teaching middle school students.

Mrs. Elaine Walker

Meet the Genesis Preschool Staff

Director and Founder, Mrs. Elaine Walker, graduated in 1999 with a degree in Early Childhood Education. While in school Elaine was on the President's Honors list, she was awarded a Certificate of Competency and Specialization in the field of Early Childhood Education. She is a part of various child development projects through out the city of San Jose and the state of California; and recently Mrs. Elaine Walker earned a Bachelors Degree in Child and Adolescent Development.

I am the Head Teacher at Genesis Preschool. I am married with five children. I enjoy singing in the choir and working as a deaconess in my church. I have worked with children over twenty-one years. I am in the process of obtaining my credentials in Early Childhood Education.

I love children and I enjoy seeing them learn and grow in a nurturing environment along with nurturing adults.
