In the Fall of 2000, Genesis Preschool expanded to a Center-Based program with a licensed capacity of 30 children. Genesis Preschool prides itself for providing a quality developmentally appropriate program.

• Sesame Street Pre-School Certification (We were featured in the KQED Kidswatch Newsletter).
   
• April 1998-2000 - Genesis was chosen for the Month of the Young Child, and exhibited artwork at the Martin Luther King Library.
   
• February 2000 - Gold Seal Award, by Choices for Children Agency, in honor of outstanding professionalism.
   
• April 2000 - Blue Ribbon Award, by City of San Jose, in honor of quality Childcare.
   
• April 2000 - Certificate of Recognition by the California State Senate in honor of Blue Ribbon quality Childcare.
